HBAV Stormwater Management Seminar - 5/21/14

The Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV), and the Department of Environmental Quality are providing Stormwater Management Seminars throughout the Commonwealth with a Northern Virginia session on May 21st from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon. The seminar will be located at:

These seminars are intended to educate home builders, land developers, and engineers on the nuances of the new stormwater regulations effective July 1, 2014.

WSSI Sponsors 3rd Annual Wetlands Boot Camp for Educators

WSSI will sponsor local teachers to attend up to five individual sessions of a "Wetland Boot Camp" at our Gainesville, VA office, June 23-27, 2014. These day-long workshops will be presented by Environmental Concern, Inc., and provide K-12 teachers, environmental educators and program directors with the knowledge and necessary planning tools to facilitate environmental education programs within our local school systems.
